Entry into Israel —  The meeting point for your guest(s) will be adjacent to the jetway, from where they will be transported to the Masada or Arbel lounge. The guests will remain in the lounge, where they will enjoy light refreshments, drinks, and office services. The lounge staff will take care of all bureaucratic procedures necessary for entering Israel – border control, luggage, duty-free, etc.

Departure from Israel —  The meeting point for your guest(s) will be at the Masada or Arbel lounge. The guests will remain in the lounge, where they will enjoy light refreshments, drinks, and office services. The lounge staff will take care of all security and bureaucratic procedures, including security inspection, baggage handling, passport control, etc. The Tal Limousine steward/stewardess will escort the guests up to the boarding gate.
